@Xfinity great job by your tech Jim (tech number 1604). Not only did he fix the problem I had but ensured my cable service was within spec (diagnostics indicated there was a problem) to ensure I have the proper quality of service. Jim went above my expectations!

@BinnysBev Based on what you’re saying & I’m seeing seems to be an issue with Comcast connections. When I go to the site over LTE or use a VPN w/ a different public IP I can reach the site. Only when I try over my home Comcast connection do I run into this issue.

@comcastcares Too late. You just keep repeating yourself. You raise your prices and expect customers to stay? You’re competing against a “cord-cutter” society. Soon, your service will be obsolete. And you won’t be able to take advantage of customers anymore.
