Good webinar coming up on Feb 9 from Sara Sokol Don't be afraid of recommending to your Property Owners to welcome dogs at their properties! I personally found dogs easier on properties than kids! Love kids and Guests with kids before y'all send the hate mail! My revenue advice to Property Owners regarding welcoming dogs was that not to look at it as a revenue stream in terms of higher rates, but to look at it as a revenue source. Properties that welcome dogs are still a minority. Welcoming dogs automatically elevates your property in Guest searches. You will book quicker and garner more repeat Guests even if you don't necessarily get higher rates. If you do accept dogs, don't just make it lip service. Make the dogs as welcome as your Guests!
