Why does Google keep asking me to sign into my account? ›

If you keep getting signed out

Some antivirus or related software may delete your cookies. If your cookies are turned on, clear your browser's cache. Be aware that deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, but it will also remove your saved settings for sites you've visited.

If you did not try to sign in but got a prompt, someone may have tried to sign in without your permission. On the "Trying to sign in?" prompt, tap No. If we notice something different about how you sign in, like your location, we may ask you to take extra steps to confirm it's you.

Kindly use account recovery from previous logged in location/ip address and used device for your Gmail/Google account as Google will also check it in the backend. Try to clear your browser cache or use a different browser from the same location and used device as well.
